Non-Earner Benefits are accident benefit available to an injured person over the age of 18 following an accident if they suffer from a complete inability to carry on a normal life, and if they don’t qualify for an income replacement benefit or caregiver benefit.

Non-Earner Benefits pays $185 per week, and is not payable for the first four weeks after the onset of disability, and for no longer than 104 weeks after an accident.
