I can't exactly say this was an over all great experience, but what I can say is; beyond recovering from my accident, I did very very little when it came to my settlement, my physio appointments were arranged and came right to me and everything also was fit to accomidate me.Ultimately Amelia was able to settle my case without the stress of the courts and insurance companies and I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful for the help that Findlay team gave me. My husband started a claim, and unfortunately passed away. For those that are grieving would understand , I didn’t have the mindset or the desire to persevere to continue with the claim. Wow!! These people are just the best humans around. I have been dealing with a recovery after a serious car accident, and this team (Kaelan and Ryan) has been here for me the whole time. I would like to thank and acknowledge Eric Findlay and his team. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Eric was very personable and attentive to me and my case. He maintained constant and open communication and was very easy to reach and talk to. I never felt like a nuisance or just a number. He went above and beyond to help me reach a settlement that was more than I expected to receive. Ryan was extremely helpful and forthcoming with upfront information and advice on the LTD application process and possible outcomes. I had contacted other personal injury law firms for guidance on this process that was completely new to me and which I was finding quite daunting. Until I called Findlay Law Firm, I had been advised that I couldn't even book a billable consultation unless I had already submitted my claim and it had been denied. A friend recommended I go see this firm when I had a fall injury. It was fantastic (The recommendation, not the fall!). Eric was a diligent and attentive lawyer, doing his best for my family and myself. Communication was easy and I was kept well informed during the whole of the process. Eric was very personable and friendly, explained everything wonderfully, and was always available when needed. I would 100% recommended him to anyone who is unfortunate enough to have an injury. I retained Eric Findlay, from Findlay Law a few months after my injury in March of 2021. After two years of Eric running around to the site of my injury, tracking down the owners of the property that tried to evade any paperwork or requests for their home insurance policy.
